There are seven available driver-selectable modes that include a Tow Mode that brings Downhill Speed Control, helping to reduce hunting gears for smoother towing. Among the other drive and terrain modes are the following: Sand, Sport, Eco, Snow, and the Mud/Rut Mode. Drivers can experience great power and even greater towing capacity thanks to the V6 engine that allows the 2022 Pathfinder to produce 284 horsepower and 259 lb-ft of torque, as well as allowing the vehicle to tow up to 6,000 pounds, allowing them to bring just about anything they want with them no matter the destination or journey.

The new 2022 Pathfinder is longer, wider, and much taller than ever before. A beautiful, blunt front end gives it a more truck-like appearance while the rear is more aggressively designed to handle all of the power it has.  The signature Lightning Running Lights return to the 2022 Pathfinder, and these LED lights run even in the daytime, adding extra style to the vehicle as drivers cruise along. Also added to the vehicle to give it all the more spice are new 20-inch wheels that have machine-finished alloy and are lightweight and strong to withstand any and every journey it takes. 

The Pathfinder boasts some beautiful colorways, with four different two-tone shades and ten monotone shades. The two-tone shades include Scarlet Ember Tintcoat / Super Black, Boulder Gray Pearl / Super Black, Gun Metallic / Super Black, and Pearl White TriCoat / Super Black. Some favorites of the monotone shades are definitely the Deep Ocean Blue Pearl, Obsidian Green Pearl, Glacier White, Brilliant Silver Metallic, and the Mocha Almond Pearl.

Interior Features

The Pathfinder is a vehicle built to give comfort to all, thanks to the Tri-Zone Automatic Climate control (that allows three separate climate zones to be controlled by passengers), Remote Engine Start (designed to allow everyone to enter a cool and comfortable vehicle), Rain-sensing wipers, Climate-controlled front seats, and even second-row heated seats! The  2022 Pathfinder was designed with the whole crew in mind, offering more storage than ever, especially with the second-row center console that can even be removed if needed. The Pathfinder allows passengers to enjoy a scenic view of the stars or the sun, thanks to the panoramic moonroof from all three rows. 

With enough legroom to fit up to eight passengers, the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder offers everyone in the family the comfiest ride possible. The second row was designed with the EZ FLEX seating system to allow the second-row chairs to slide forward and tilt with two easy moves (even with a child seat in place). The Pathfinder keeps drivers alert and on top of everything at all times!
